One of the most unique aspects of our new construction process is our 90 Day and One Year Warranty Program. Every builder is required by state law to provide a warranty for mechanical and structural problems, but that’s at the one year mark only. What makes Mansour Developers different is that we warranty at both 90 days AND one year for mechanical, structural, and cosmetic problems caused by material expansion, shrinkage, and settling. This means that small issues such as door misalignment and nail pops will be covered in the first 90 days so you don’t have to live with them for an entire year before they are dealt with. Our goal is to give you peace of mind and ensure that you're comfortable in your new home from day one and for years to come.
