Mansour Developers was founded in 1985 by Michael Mansour, a 35-year veteran of the home building and remodeling industry. As the builder of over 200 homes and five subdivisions in Connecticut with a concentration in the Farmington Valley, Michael’s reputation for excellence is unsurpassed and his commitment to his clients is what makes him one of the most sought out builders in the region.

Michael is a graduate of The University of Connecticut and holds a BS in Marketing and an MBA in Business.  He is a lifelong resident of the Farmington Valley and enjoys the creative process of working with his clients to create their dream home before their eyes.

In 2017, Michael’s son Tyler officially joined the family business, bringing a fresh perspective and modern sensibility to Mansour Developers. As a graduate of Central Connecticut State University, Tyler shares his father’s passion for customer commitment and works alongside the company’s incomparable team of subcontractors and building professionals to create unique home designs that stand the test of time.
