This Avon basement that had water and mold damage to the point that the owner refused to go into it. After gutting the majority of the interior, Mansour Developers refinished the entire space with new tile flooring, a suspended ceiling, drywall, paneling, vanity, plumbing, electrical fixtures, stairwell railing, hatchway door, interior doors and trim, and painting. The homeowner now loves the basement and enjoys using it as a play area for her grandchildren.

This is a small kitchen remodel job that just needed some updating with the cabinets and an overall makeover. The homeowner requested all new cabinets, tile floor, tile backsplash, granite countertops and a new cased opening doorway. The homeowner loves how open and bright the new kitchen has become.
